ETHICAL MANUFACTURING

Manufacturing in China can seem a daunting task but we want you to be involved and feel secure in the knowledge that your brand is in safe hands. We assess each project and select the most suitable facility based on quantities and target prices. Every factory that we use is vetted not only for quality but for working conditions and ethical treatment of staff.

Once the factory has been selected, we will arrange for samples of products previously manufactured by the factory to be sent to you for your appraisal. Providing you are satisfied with the quality, we will begin sampling your designs before placing the final order, meaning that the quality of your brand will not be jeopardized by faulty or sub-standard products.

Once samples have been approved we are able to arrange production and ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process. By having a constant presence at the factories, we are able to relay information to the manufacturers quickly and efficiently and even supply photographs during each stage of the production process, making it feel as if you were in the factory yourself and easing any concerns you may have regarding the manufacturing of your product. We constantly monitor our factories and ensure production is on schedule and that deadlines are met as we understand how crucial it is that our customers receive their goods on time.

Finally, we appreciate that privacy is of the utmost importance when dealing with products yet to enter the market, thus we also introduce privacy contracts with the factories we work with to ensure discretion regarding sensitive information.
