QUALITY CONTROL

We are fully committed to making the production process run as smoothly as possible. One of the most important factors in the success of your project is the capability of the supplier thus we will only work with reputable factories that have passed our verification process. However, by constantly monitoring the factory to ensure product quality we can guarantee that your product will be manufactured in a quality controlled and time manageable environment.

We understand the importance of ensuring goods are checked throughout the manufacturing process, thus our China office regularly sends staff along to our factories to ensure the consistency and standard of product. Essentially, we undertake the following QC checks;

    1. Initial factory capability audits.
    2. Pre-production site visits to check the materials and/or moulds to be used are 100% correct.
    3. Mid-production quality checks of goods coming off of the production line to ensure there are no potential quality issues.
    4. Thorough post-production QC spot checks (including product testing where applicable) to ensure goods have been produced to specification before arranging shipment.
    5. Pre-shipment packaging inspections (we can also provide loading supervision) to ensure goods have been labeled and packed as requested.

Our staff are there to ensure that your items are produced to the highest possible standards so you can rest assured that from start to finish LR Signature is a brand synonymous with quality.

We like to keep you abreast of all that’s happening during the production process thus we will provide photographs featuring every step of the Quality Control procedures to provide you with assurance and peace of mind. No product will leave the factory until the rigorous QC spot check has been conducted and we are completely satisfied with the finished product.

Only once the product is deemed acceptable and we are happy with the report submitted by our China office will your goods will be making their way to you in the quickest possible time frame available via your chosen mode of transport.
